Hi, I’m Erin. The creator behind Hagan Candle co. This business was born out of a simple love for candles, the warmth that they bring, the scents that create memories and the atmosphere they create. But after experiencing frequent headaches from generic candles i started to question what was in them. My curiosity quickly turned into a mission; to create candles that feel just as good as they smell.
Making things by hand has always been a passion of mine, and candle making became my passion project. Something that sparked joy in my life. What started as a personal solution grew into something so much more meaningful.
Today, seeing Hagan Candle Co. in other peoples homes is incredibly special to me. Each one is crafted with care, intention and with a focus on creating a better for you and an enjoyable experience. With refillable vessels, hagan candle co also offers a more eco conscious way to enjoy candles- you can keep the glow going without the extra waste.
The Wax
100% U.S. Grown Soy Wax
Derived from soybeans instead of petroleum-based paraffin, our wax burns cleaner, with less soot and fewer airborne particles. It burns slower and cooler too, so your candle melts evenly, lasts longer, and releases scent gently instead of overpowering the room.
The Scents
Phthalate-Free & Paraben-Free
We only source oils that are 100% phthalate and paraben-free. These additives often make scents last longer, but they've been linked to hormone disruption, headaches, and sensitivities. Choosing Hagan Candle Co. means a cleaner scent experience, and real peace of mind about what you're breathing in.
The Wick
Wood
Our wood wicks burn steady and clean, reducing soot and helping the candle melt evenly. Paired with our soy wax, they create a smooth scent throw without the heaviness, plus a soft, subtle crackle that adds warmth and cozy ambiance.

Each vessel is thoughtfully handmade, giving every candle a unique character while reflecting the care that goes into its creation. No two are exactly alike and that's the point!
Our candles are hand poured in small batches to ensure quality at every step. The wax is melted slowly allowing it to reach its ideal temperature before fragrance oils are carefully blended in. Each mixture is stirred with precision until the scent is perfectly balanced; never rushed and never compromised.
Once poured, every candle is given the time it needs. We allow a full two week curing process which enhances the scent throw and ensures a clean, consistent burn.
When your order is ready, it is packed with the same level of care it was made with. From the moment you open your package to the first time you light your candle, the experience is designed to feel thoughtful, intentional and special.
